Instant Strategy Snapshot ($39)
This report is generated automatically within moments of payment. Because it's delivered instantly, it's non-refundable once generated — except if a technical error prevented delivery entirely, in which case email us and we'll issue a full refund or regenerate it at no charge.
Written Strategic Dossier ($179)
Full refund if you cancel before we begin writing (usually within a few hours of your order). Once work has begun, it's non-refundable, since it reflects a person's time. Dossiers are delivered within 24–48 hours; email us if yours is running late.
Executive Advisory Session ($299)
You can reschedule your session for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, are non-refundable. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead of your booked time for a full refund.
Monthly Strategy Retainer ($600/mo)
Cancel anytime — email us and we'll stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't issue partial-month refunds for time already paid for.
Disputes
If something isn't right, please reach out to us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email. We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
